After about 15 to 20 minutes, I was nearing the entrance and my opportunity to exit my car and head into the casino/hotel. Due to a concert, the line for the valet was lengthy but I patiently waited my turn. I am a new resident of Reno and recently visited the Atlantis' casino.
The valet's name was Gabe and not only did I tip him (only $3 but it was all I had other than $20's) but I made a point of going to his manager to compliment him on having someone like Gabe working there.
To my complete amazement, as the valet approached the Mercedes, he walked right by it and proceeded to write up a valet ticket for me and my car. But as I allowed it (like I had a choice?), I laid on my horn for a solid minute to express my dissatisfaction. Since I have a brand new leased vehicle, I really only had 1 option. As the truck moved forward so did the Mercedes, leaving me only 2 options. Much to my discomfort, I tried to stay close to the truck in front of me, determined not to let this inpatient fool in front of me. As I crept along, a black Merceds pulled up along side of me and angled to get in front of me.
